You'll partner with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic. Staying abreast of the latest trends in PHP and Laravel development is crucial, as you'll be expected to suggest improvements to enhance performance and usability. You should be comfortable with maintaining documentation for code, project tasks, and contributing to technical specifications. Participation in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, is essential.
